Mass Effect 3 - Modded Casual Outfit N7 Shirt

After some weeks of work here is a new mod for the game almost finished, a shirt for Maleshep and Femshep based on the original N7 Shirt design from Bioware.
I used the naked body mesh from Maleshep and Femshep for the shirt and added sleeves, I didn't like how it looks without sleeves because the shirt is "painted" on the body and sleeves adds some depth to the shirt.

Some of you told me that I should upload this so I'll upload the files in one day or two after fix some issues with the mesh :). And now after this mod I'm going to finish the Modded Formal Outfit finally!.

Things used:
- Shepard's upper naked body + Pants from alliance navy + Dogtags from James extracted from the game by me with Umodel and made it in 3Ds Max.
- Shirt texture by me based on the original N7 Shirt from Bioware.
- Promoshot rendered in 3Ds Max.

Need to fix before the release:
- Some clipping on the neck in both versions.
- Adjust the normal map.
- Some clipping on the sleeves in both versions.
- Male Shepard's dogtags needs to be a bit larger.
- Adjust the shirt's texture on Maleshep (female version is more defined).

And that's all :P.

Mass Effect 3 - Modded Formal Outfit Alpha Version WIP

I'm attempting to make a new dress for Shepard because I don't like at all the dress from ME 3, I love the ported dress from ME 2 but the arms and legs looks a bit weird in ME 3 so I will try to make my own dress :D!

 I've to do the complete UVW Map so the dress and the boots aren't textured yet, only recolored in 3Ds Max and I can't pose her because I still have to make the bones and fix all issues with the mesh.

This has a lot of work so it will take me a lot of time to finish be patient :P .

-  Bracelet, earrings, belt from Sims 3.
- Winged Heart Necklace from MoogleOutFitters ( I haven't been able to find one nice heart necklace from Sims 3 so I picked that one there).
- Dress and boots from Mass Effect 3 mixing outfits.
- Hair from Sims 3 by Cazy and already ported to ME3 by Kani Hime

Mass Effect 3 - Modded Casual Outfit

Original BSN Project Site (but it's provisional, I'll upload this on mediafire when they remove the BSN project site completly)

Mesh model project that replaces the intro outfit in Mass Effect 3. The model uses the alliance navy pants and the alliance necklace from James. Includes blooded version for the last part on the intro.

I changed the intro outfit because it's the single outfit that you can change and it doesn't affect to other npcs because is exclusive to Shepard, same way with the N7 hoodie or the dress/jacket. Using the intro outfit I must make a blood version as the original outfit but yeah that's not a big problem.

 The version 1.5 of the mod used Ottemis' textures for the pants but I didn't know that textures were from her, I thought it was from the game and this happens when you play with the same computer of your bf and he starts to play much time before and puts .mods files for retextures without tell you nothing because I extracted all textures and meshes from the game with Umodel.

 Aha! I thought so wow "the Alliance navy outfit have much quality", clear how it wasn't the original!! You can imagine my face when she sent me a note via DeviantArt and told me about the pants texture. I felt like a stupid and ashamed because I know how you feel when someone stolen your textures without permission, my first mesh mod and I messed up. I reinstalled my game (my bf didn't make a backup of the files, of course ¬¬ ), extracted the original ones, retextured it more in black and redone the half of the mod with the version 2.0.

I started to play ME Trilogy relatively recently (and I always regret for not played it before) and in my last games I used to use texmod in ME3 only for the ugly plastic dress, that's all.

  The model is in beta version, some known issues:
- Line from the neck very marked in some angles and lights, can't fix this more.
- Face color different from the body depends on the light, can't fix this at 100% because is an issue from the game, this happens on bodys with the neck uncovered. Take a look at the underwear outfit and compare for reference :P.
- Sometimes on the intro part, the blood textures appears instead the normal ones but this happens with the original outfit too so it's from the game, reload the game fixes this.

Install instructions :
- Make a back up of your original files.
- Replace the pcc file in the game folder.
- Use ME3explorer to update PCConsoleTOC.bin.
- Load the texture with Texmod.

Install instructions more detailed inside the files (BSN Project Site Download)

Let me know if there are any issue or bug with the mod. I haven't tried the mod in all the game so I need testers :).

Best regards!.

Mass Effect 3 - Dancer Outfit Retexture in Black

Original Project Site  (but it's provisional, I'll upload this on mediafire when they remove the BSN project site completly)

Retexture project for the dancer outfit from Mass Effect 3. I liked the Mass Effect version of the dancer outfit in black so I'll try to make it in ME3 because I don't like the pink version at all.

http://kurauamami.deviantart.com/art/Mass-Effect-3-Dancer-Outfit-Retexture-in-Black-413702066

 You need texmod for use this.
Texmod download -> http://social.bioware.com/project/2015/#files

I uploaded a coalesced.bin on the project site with this outfit in the wardrobe ( this only put the original outfit, you need to use texmod with the retexture too).

If you want to put the dancer outfit in your wardrobe manually editing your coalesced.bin use the ME3 Coalesced Utility ->http://wenchy.net/me3-coalesced-utility/

Instructions to manually editing the coalesced.bin ( If you downloaded my coalesced.bin skip this steps, load the retexture with texmod and run the game) :

- Open the ME3 Coalesced Utility and open your coalesced.bin.
- Go to Edit -> Find and type casualappearance, now in the right a lot of lines with codes should appear.
- Go to the last blank line and copy this code:

(Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMM_ARM_NKD_R.NKDa.HMM_ARM_NKDa_MDL",
MaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMM_ARM_NKD_R.NKDa.HMM_ARM_NKDa_MAT_1a",
Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_NKD_R.NKDb.HMF_ARM_NKDb_MDL"),
Id=51,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

- Save and exit.(Now the dancer outfit should appear in your wardrobe)
- Open texmod, load the retexture and run the game. Done.

Let me know if there are any issue with the texture. I'll make a covered version for this outfit and other colors if you want.

New here and welcome

Ok, sorry for the empty blog! I was very busy making a new mod and I'm a little lost here because it's my first blog, I hope to learn how to use this blog better. You can follow me mostly on my DeviantArt before I keep up-to-date this blog :P and upload my mods here.

I've a special surprise for your Maleshep and Femshep but I have to fix some issues first before the release.

Best regards!
